right now you are focusing on the HOW, it's so hard, so challenging, because you don't want to do it. it's too crazy to you. the HOW does not matter. the WHY is what matters. this is where your focus should be. if it doesn't challenge you, it is not going to change you.

you need to be sick of yourself.
you NEED to be sick of yourself in order to change.
once you are sick and tired, of being sick and tired.. that’s when things change.
but until you get to that point, your life will look the same.
when you are able to tell yourself that you are tired of yourself.. that’s when you can tell yourself, “no more excuses”.

when you are not sure what you are going to do you are going to hesitate. when you hesitate, you are killing momentum.

it takes so much energy to START
starting a business
starting a relationship
starting to change your body
starting anything takes massive amounts of energy

but once you get going and have momentum... it's actually really easy.

if you walk around being discouraged, "why did it happen", "why did this door close".. that is going to keep you from the new things that are in store for you.

if good does not arouse itself and become active.. guess what moves in.. evil. this is a mental, physical, financial war between accomplishment and failure.

if you wore the same clothes for 30 years, you wouldn't have washed them, you wouldn't have cleaned them, they would STINK, they would be dirty, no one would want to be around you.

that's what an old attitude does. a stale attitude, a sour attitude pushes people away. a stinking attitude will keep you from being promoted, will stop dreams from coming to pass. an old attitude will restrain you from living out the life you deserve to live. Be mindful of this.
