🥋🔥 SEPTEMBER STUDENT OF THE MONTH – GEORGE! 🔥🥋

We may be a little late with this spotlight 😅 but the recognition is WELL DESERVED!! 👏

Let’s give it up for GEORGE from our Adults Class! 💪🏆

George is proof that CHAMPIONS ARE MADE THROUGH CONSISTENCY, HARD WORK, AND THE WILLINGNESS TO KEEP GETTING BETTER! 🔥

He doesn’t just show up to train—he puts in the EXTRA WORK! 👊

🥋 Consistency – Showing up and putting in the work on the mats!

💪 Dedication – Taking private lessons to sharpen his skills and elevate his game!

🏆 Competitor Mindset – Stepping onto the competition mats, challenging himself, and representing the team!

🔥 Work Ethic – Always striving to improve and become a better version of himself!

George reminds us that greatness isn’t built overnight. It’s earned one training session, one challenge, and one small victory at a time. 💯

We’re proud of you, George! Keep grinding, keep growing, and keep inspiring those around you! 🚀

👇 TEAM, LET’S SHOW GEORGE SOME LOVE!! Drop a 💪🔥 in the comments or give him a shoutout for all the hard work he’s been putting in!

🥋 It’s more than a stripe. It’s more than a new belt.

It’s a reminder of every class they showed up for, every technique they struggled with, every time they wanted to give up but kept going anyway.

At Studio 33, promotion day is about celebrating the hard work, discipline, persistence, and growth that happens when our kids learn to keep showing up. ❤️

Some progress happens quickly. Some takes a little longer. But every stripe and every belt represents something they EARNED.

And as parents, there’s something pretty special about watching them realize:

“I worked for this. I did this.”

Congratulations to all of our kids who leveled up! 🥋👏 Keep showing up. Keep learning. Keep growing.

The belt may change today—but the confidence, discipline, and resilience they’re building will stay with them far beyond the mats.

🥋🔥 AUGUST STUDENT OF THE MONTH: RAHSAAN! 🔥🥋

If you train at Studio 33, you already know — Rahsaan is one of those guys who makes the room better just by showing up. 👊

And showing up is exactly what he does.

Week after week. Class after class. Consistent. Ready to train. Ready to lead. Ready to help. 💪

But what makes Rahsaan stand out goes way beyond his own training. He gives back to the next generation by helping with our kids classes and stepping up to coach our young competitors at tournaments. 🥋🏆

He’s also a huge part of what makes the Studio 33 culture what it is.

Rahsaan is the kind of teammate who will call you out when he knows you can do better 😂 — but always in that loving, playful, brotherly way that says, “Come on, bro. I know what you’re capable of.” 🤝

That’s leadership.

Not just being the loudest person in the room, but showing up consistently, putting in the work, helping the people around you, and holding your brothers and sisters to a higher standard.

Rahsaan, we appreciate everything you bring to these mats and this family. Keep leading from the front. 👊🔥

🏆 Congratulations to our August Student of the Month! And we even got to celebrate his student of the month on his birthday 🥳 Cheers to many more 🍻

👇 Studio 33 family — show Rahsaan some love in the comments! Let him know what you appreciate about having him as a teammate. 🥋🤙🔥

🔥 HUGE SHOUTOUT TO ALIYANAH HUROV! 🔥

Aliyanah stepped onto the mat for her very first superfight as a gray-black belt—facing a higher belt who was also a higher weight class. 💪

She stayed focused, trusted her training, and secured the victory by armbar submission! 🥋🏆

A huge shoutout to her opponent as well. It takes tremendous courage to step onto the mat, test yourself, and compete. Both athletes showed incredible heart! 👏

Let’s keep learning. Let’s keep growing. Let’s keep challenging ourselves.

If you’re looking for more than just a place to train, Studio 33 is family. Come grow with us! ❤️🖤

Drop a 🔥 in the comments and congratulate Aliyanah on her first superfight victory!

🔥 FIRST SUPER FIGHT. BIG CHALLENGE. BIGGER HEART. 🔥

We could not be more proud of Aliyanah Hurov! 💪🥋

Aliyanah stepped onto the mats for her very first Super Fight at Queen of the City — Submission Only 👑

And she didn’t take the easy road…

🥋 Matched against a higher belt
💪 Competed up in weight
🔥 Competed up in age
🤼‍♀️ All while putting in serious work in BOTH Jiu Jitsu and wrestling

Aliyanah has been training HARD, challenging herself, and showing what it means to have courage when the odds aren’t necessarily in your favor.

Press play and watch the video to see how it went! 👀🔥

No matter the challenge, stepping onto those mats takes courage — and Aliyanah continues to show us that hard work, discipline, and believing in yourself can take you a long way. ❤️

Studio 33 is SO proud of you, Aliyanah! 🥹👏

👇 DROP SOME LOVE FOR ALIYANAH IN THE COMMENTS! Let’s make sure she knows how proud we are of all the work she’s putting in! 🥋🔥👏

🌟🥋 JULY STUDENT OF THE MONTH: AVA! 🥋🌟

Big congratulations to Ava from our Big Kids Class for being named Studio 33’s Student of the Month! 👏🔥

Ava continues to impress us with her dedication, work ethic, and growth on the mats—but what makes us especially proud is the way she’s beginning to step into a leadership role. 💪❤️

Ava has been helping with our Little Kids Class, assisting with instruction and stepping in during sparring to help guide and encourage our younger students. Watching one of our Big Kids become someone the Little Kids can look up to is what Studio 33 is all about. 🙌

And when it’s time for Ava to compete… watch out. 👀🔥

🥋 Extremely strong takedowns
💥 High submission rate
🛡️ Excellent guard retention
🏆 Amazing competitor
❤️ Even better leader

Ava, keep working hard, keep leading by example, and keep believing in what you’re capable of. You have the potential to become a future world champion in whatever you choose to pursue. 🌎🏆

We’re proud of you, Ava! Keep showing everyone what strong, hardworking, powerful girls can do. 💪🥋✨

👇 Studio 33 family, fill these comments with some love for Ava! Tell her congratulations or leave her some words of encouragement for the future! ❤️🔥

🥋🌟 STUDENT OF THE MONTH — JUNE 2026 🌟🥋

Some athletes win because they’re talented… others win because they refuse to back down. Isaac is BOTH. 💥

Congratulations to our Big Kids Student of the Month, ISAAC! 👏🔥

At just 8 years old, Isaac has the courage to step onto the mats with the older kids and never backs down from a challenge. 💪 His positive attitude, fearless mindset, and passion for Jiu Jitsu make him an incredible example for everyone around him.

🏆 He’s competed in our last several tournaments and has stepped onto the podium every single time! 🙌 But what really makes Isaac stand out isn’t just the medals… it’s the way he competes.

🐍 He’s always hunting for the submission.
🔥 He’s always pushing himself to improve.
😁 He always shows up with an awesome attitude and an even bigger smile.

Win or lose, Isaac gives everything he has every time he steps on the mat, and that’s what being a true martial artist is all about. 🥋❤️

Isaac, we’re so proud of your hard work, courage, and determination. Keep chasing submissions, keep smiling, and keep inspiring everyone around you. The future is BRIGHT! 🌟

👏 Help us congratulate Isaac in the comments below! Drop a 🥋, 💪, or 🔥 to celebrate our June Student of the Month!
