Had another awesome LEO class today! Thanks to Fannin County Sheriff’s Department for coming out and putting in the work on the mats!! One thing I like to see is Police Officers getting hands on combative training!

If you are a Law Enforcement Officer, Security Officer, Jailer, Body Guard, etc come and try out our LEO class! The class is built off of the Come and Take It Combat Systems curriculum and modified to fit the needs of LEO’s. We deal with striking, blocking, takedowns, body positioning, body control, cuffing techniques, weapon retention, and much more!! ATTENTION!!! New class schedule starting
September 1st!!! We have moved some classes around and added some new ones too! First, we will be adding a new kids class and accepting kids as young as 5 years old. We might make some exceptions for a sibling that’s 4 years old but that will be a case by case scenario. The new kids class will be on M & Th 4:30-5:15pm ages 5-11 years old. Then 12-15 years old from 5:15pm-6pm right after. We have added a LEO Only course on Wednesday from 4pm-6pm. We have moved our Krav Maga classes to every other Saturday. Added some Yoga classes and added a combative class called
Come & Take It Combat Systems. Give us a call or shoot us a message if you have any questions or would like to schedule a trial class. Thanks!💪🏻👊🏻
