Great news from Jim Stephenson President of AeroSports.org.
FAR 103 Exemption 9785H has been granted. It allows the continued exemption allowing tandem flight for instructional purposes. Do not take the renewal of these exemptions lightly because the FAA has in the past decided to allow the exemption to expire. ASC pilots continuing to follow Federal Aviation Rules part 103 while in flight allowed this exemption to be renewed.
