Addie !!! She’s already going into her Outdoor season faster than she did last season! She’s been a busy bee and has had to miss a lot of practices with good reasons but even then, she raced her first Indoor Meet with really impressive times considering all that’s on her plate. Amazing athlete and teammate! Works hard and does her best every day she’s out there training and racing. Keep doing what you’re doing Addie!! I’m so proud of you !!! 👏 🤘

Aubrey has been training so hard this Fall and Winter ! Coming back from multiple illnesses she is determined to start her Outdoor season faster than last year and she’s doing it! Talia is a tough girl !!! Her and her sister are going to be strong quarter milers for their high school this season!
I train Talia and Taysia twice a week otherwise I send them at home workouts to do on their own.
This past weekend at the Dragila Invite Talia ran her first ever 400m Indoor race with an impressive time of 63.88 !!!! She placed 4th out of 26 athletes! So impressed with this one!! Way to go Talia 💯
