TEAM EXPECTATIONS & GOALS

GOALS:
• The main goal is to teach the skills of playing the sport of Fastpitch Softball. During this process we want to create a fair and organized approach to securing players, coaches and volunteers, which will demonstrate the following principles:

5. Demonstrate admirable SPORTSMANSHIP both on and off the field.
6. EXPECTATIONS:
•To develop a Sound Fundamental Team and to equip & prepare each individual Player for the next level of play.

•To provide the best experience of play through quality tournaments and league play intended for those girls from 10U-18U. This team will represent the 14U Team.
•As you all know, girls develop at different rates and have different levels of commitment to the sport of Fastpitch Softball. It is up to each family to determine where their daughter "fits" best and their commitment to the organization.

•We strive for 100% Commitment from our ballplayers & in return we provide 120% to ensure our players receive the very best from our program. TEAM VALUES:

This is intended to be a competitive experience providing our ballplayers with the opportunity to have fun; learn softball fundamentals at the highest level of their play; and in addition, the players will learn varying methods of dealing with life experiences through playing the game of Fast-Pitch Softball. Ultimately, it’s not just entirely about being competitive, but rather for the hopes & dreams of our ballplayers wanting to advance their softball playing abilities and careers in preparation for the next step - High School & College play.
