Congratulations to our very own Cam Moon for receiving MVP from the semi-final game yesterday. Completing 6 innings in 66 pitches while only allowing 3 earned runs! Outstanding job Cam! Outstanding performance

This weekend our team competed in the Perfect Game SEC Championships.

Saturday the team started off trying to make a comback in Game 1 but ultimately fell one run short losing 8-7. Game 2 the team bounced back with a strong 14-9 victory. The 1-1 record placed the team as the 5 seed in the Gold Bracket for Sunday.

It took a while for the bats to get going Sunday morning but it was a close game. Ultimately we fell 4-7 to the eventual champions of the tournament.

Our record this weekend was not what we wanted but the team fell behind a couple of times this weekend but continued to fight every inning without ever giving up. For that, we are proud. This week we get back to work!

Tournament MVPs:

Offensive: Weston Seaburg - All of Weston's hard work paid off this weekend. He lead the team in Batting Average (.750), had an OPS of 1.750, while securing 6 hits (2 doubles, 4 singles), 3 RBIs, and scoring 4 runs. Keep working hard and the results will come Weston! Proud of you!

Defensive: Liam Sheriff - Liam placed 4th in the tournament for his performance on the mound this weekend! Liam threw 4.0 innings, allowing only 2 hits, 0 earned runs, and striking out 5! Keep working Liam! We are proud of you!
