It’s deeper than just physical weightloss for me. This was a spiritual transformation as well. I’d go through it all again to be where I am today. Using my experience to help others along their journey is a privilege and an honor I wouldn’t trade for anything, and everything I went through brought me here. 💕✝️

I will be on vacation from June 7-13th and my phone will be on DND! lol

Pilates at the park, yoga at the park, and Pilates at Pacha studio on the calendar this month as well as our regular weekly classes ✨

Tuesdays are still on pause as I continue my participation in the Startup showdown hosted by Wells Fargo and NC SBCN 🤍
