Day 2 of the tournament for these boys! They competed hard and strong all day long. First game, they were down by 4 runs and came back fighting, putting up 8 runs to take the win 8-5 and advance to the semifinal game!!

Semifinals, these boys dominated and won by mercy rule 8-0 in the 4th inning, earning their spot in the championship game!

In the championship, they played their hearts out but came up just 3 runs short of bringing home the whole thing. These boys finished as finalists in the GOLD bracket!! Out of 20 teams, they placed 2nd overall!!!

What an incredible way to finish their last official 12U tournament. So proud of this group and how far they’ve come together. Up next… 13U! ⚾️🔥💙

Tournament weekend for the 12U Bombers! ⚾️🔥

The boys came out READY today playing 2 back-to-back games and shutting BOTH teams out! 💣
Game 1: 8-0
Game 2: 14-0 NO HITTER!! 😮‍💨👏

What a way to come back after a few months off. These boys showed up hungry and played their hearts out all day long. So proud of this team and the work they put in!

Now it’s on to tomorrow! They’ve got to win their first game to advance to the semifinals and then hopefully the championship game. Let’s wish these boys all the luck and keep the energy going! 💙⚾️

This week was truly an adventure for the Bombers. Half the team was sick, and a HUGE shoutout to those players who were sick all week but still pulled through for the team and competed, that says a lot about their heart and dedication. Coach Julian with the help of Coach Cody held it down during the week, practicing with only the players who were healthy. Another BIG shoutout to those boys who showed up and put in the work and didn’t miss practice! 💪

Tournament day came with its own challenges. Road work added over an hour and a half to our drive, turning a 10:15 ETA into nearly noon. Our game was scheduled for 12:10, and by 12:00… only five players had arrived. Stress levels were high. The umpire informed us the game would start on time with whoever was present.

Feeling defeated but determined, the coaches made it work, placing six players on the field once one more arrived. As the game went on, players continued showing up and jumped straight into positions. It was complete chaos.

But these boys and coaches DID IT. 🔥
Despite sickness, limited players, travel stress, and everything stacked against them, they came together as a team and won the first game 7–3. That performance says everything about the heart of these players and the LEADERSHIP of these coaches.

The second game was tough and we came up short,but after what they showed in that first game, nothing else mattered.

So incredibly proud of these boys. Thank you to the coaches and parents for pushing through it all. Bombers strong! 💙⚾️

Tournament Weekend Update ⚾️

The boys played perfect ball today, winning both games!
✅ 13–11 vs. the Gila Monsters
✅ 14–4 vs. the Screwballs

They’ll be back on the field tomorrow at 8:00 AM (AZ time). The boys need to win their first two games to advance to the championship.

Another tournament weekend in the books. We didn’t bring back a ring, but these boys are champions in our eyes. They put in the work, trust in each other, and fight until the very last pitch. This progress reflects a year of dedication to this team, nothing about it happened overnight. Proud of this group, and grateful for our amazing parents. None of this would be possible without you. 🔥⚾️ 💣
