Not watching from the deck. Not timing from the chair. In the water, doing the work.

Owning the team means setting the standard. Coaching means sharing the load. Leading means proving it still gets done.

Grateful for the opportunity to build something real and to coach/train alongside athletes who show up ready to suffer and improve.

100x100 con mi equipo. No observando desde la orilla. No cronometrando desde la silla. En el agua, haciendo el trabajo.

Ser el dueño del equipo significa establecer el estándar. Entrenar significa compartir la carga. Liderar significa demostrar que el trabajo se sigue haciendo.
