I have some new faces here, so I wanted to introduce myself!

My name is Taylor and I am obsessed with dance fitness.

I started teaching online in 2020 after being laid off from my job like most people were during the pandemic.

I lived in Massachusetts at the time. My husband and I moved to South Carolina in 2021, where I continued teaching in person.

I love love LOVE it so much. The community, the music, the vibes. It's so much more than JUST fitness.

When I'm not teaching, I'm spending time with my husband and son. Being a mom is pure chaos but also SO MUCH FUN. I love reading, trying new foods, lifting weights, being by the water, and creating fun content.

There’s no “proper” way to do anything!

This is one of the main things people get in their head about when it comes to dance fitness.

You are going to look silly
You are going to mess up
You are going to question yourself

But it’s what you do with those feelings that matter

Laugh at yourself and try again
Look at the person next to you and say wtf was that
Pick yourself up and move on

Because it’s not that deep.

And you will learn that showing up, letting go, having fun, and doing your best is all that matters. You got this!
