This Saturday we will be hosting a roadside aid station (trail magic)along with LONE OAK Coffee Company for the TransVirginia Bike Route / .virginia. We will have food and drinks, including some incredible cold brew to keep you going. Fruits, finger sandwiches and electrolytes will also be available. Of course the ever popular garden hose for rinsing off your bicycles and yourself of Loudouns nasty granite dust from our historic roads. We will be ready for you by 9 a.m. so look for us on the left as you head down the mountain towards the Shenandoah River. .virginia

TransVirginia Bike Route race flew by today! The 565-mile mostly-unpaved backcountry cycling route that traverses the state of Virginia from Washington, DC to Damascus, VA. The Grand Depart was this morning at 6 a.m. The route is 60% dirt and the race for is against the clock for the fastest time. Riders’ progress can be tracked online via Trackleaders.

Spring is here and Dawn's repair schedule is filling up fast. Get your name in the hat now so you won't be late for warm weather. Going out today is a pair of vintage Team bicycles for the University of West Virginia Cycling Team. Hand built in Pennsylvania (U.S.A.) for the racers, one in cyclocross trim and one in road race. These rare twins are in near mint condition. Go Mountaineers!!
