Experience hard and embrace it.
Things I have heard: You coach too hard… You over coach…they are only 10… stop worrying so much about their attitude and body language, just let them play… as soon as you got here my kid tensed up…all you do is yell…

I’d rather do things right- I’d rather try as hard as I can. I’d rather leave it all out on the field. I’d rather the kids experience hard and learn to handle hard times. Sports can teach you these things.
