Some weekends are about the scoreboard. Others are about seeing just how much your team has grown.

This weekend, these girls competed against some of the toughest teams around and never stopped fighting. Our record doesn’t reflect how close the games were or how hard they battled, but that’s part of the game.

As a coach, I couldn’t be more proud. Every weekend this team gains experience, confidence, and toughness. They continue to learn, improve, and play for each other, and that’s what matters most.

We’ll keep putting in the work, and the results will come.

We fell one game short of the championship, but that doesn’t tell the whole story. This team battled all weekend, competed in every game, and continued to grow through both the highs and the lows that come with this game.

One thing that stood out was their resilience. When things didn’t go our way, they kept fighting. When adversity showed up, they responded. That’s a lesson that will carry them much further than any trophy.

The results will come. Right now, we’re building something bigger—confidence, toughness, and trust in each other.

Proud of every one of them for the effort, attitude, and determination they showed all weekend.

Proud of these girls this weekend.

They battled hard, competed with heart, and never quit. We came up just short in the championship game, but the effort, determination, and teamwork they showed all weekend were something to be proud of.

What a day for these girls!

Lots of great plays, clutch hits, strong defense, and determination from every player on the team. We finished pool play seeded #3 and they are ready for tomorrow!

These ladies are kicking off the season this weekend at the Shamrockin Softball Tournament. These girls have put in the work and they’re ready to compete.

🔥 6-Week Speed & Agility Program 🔥
Starting January 5th | 6:00–7:30 p.m.
⚽️ 🏀🏈⚾️🥎🏐🎾

This intensive 6-week training block is designed to elevate every athlete’s performance—NO MATTER THE SPORT.

Athletes will be coached directly by Certified Personal Trainer Travis Conder, who also holds credentials as a:

• Nutrition Specialist
• Preventive Exercise Specialist

This isn’t just a speed class. It’s a complete performance upgrade built around proper mechanics, purposeful drills, and smart training progression.

Athletes will learn how to:
⚡ Explode out of starts and accelerate efficiently
🌀 Change direction with better balance and control
🏃‍♂️ Improve stride length, turnover, and body positioning
🧠 Build movement patterns that reduce injury risk
💪 Increase overall athletic strength and stability

Every session combines mechanics training, speed development, agility/reactive work, and strength components—backed by coaching that understands how the body SHOULD move.
