This clinic will focus on ex*****on, technique, and targeted drills designed to improve form, height, flexibility, and power.

Cost is $15 per athlete. Must be paid by or before date of clinic.

After a long road, countless hours, and 9+ hour days in the gymโ€ฆ weโ€™ve finally made it to the finish line. ๐Ÿ

What once was a cow barn has been completely transformed into OUR gym. Every inch of this space reflects hard work, vision, and creativity. And while the process was exhausting, it was just as beautiful.

We couldnโ€™t be more excited for what the future holds for IRC. With strong, dedicated leadership, experienced and knowledgeable owners and coaches, and an incredible board backing our mission of affordability for all - we are built to grow, and built to last.
