Tomorrow, Wednesday, is the last day to sign up for our Color Run!

Don’t forget, we are partnering with Frederick W. Hartnett Middle School to raise money for both the school and the league. All ages and family members are invited. Sign up today and have a great time while supporting!

A few questions we have gotten:
1. How far do we run? -- Don't worry, you don't have to run if you don't want to! This takes place on the soccer field behind the middle school. You can run, walk, or dance your way around the field as many times as you like at any pace. There will be multiple color stations around the field with volunteers throwing color.
2. Do we have to be part of the league? -- Nope! Any participant who signs up and raises $30 can participate in the run.
3. Can I participate with my child? -- Yes! During the sign up there will be a section that asks for extra participants. Sign up there and run with your child or entire family! Everyone is invited! All grades, towns, and family members! So spread the word!

Travel, rec basketball and little big shots registrations are OPEN 🥳🥳

Rec will be grades K-12 (We will have a grade 9-12 high school division if we have the numbers.)
Travel grades 5-8 if there are enough players and coaches

Your child must live in Blackstone or Millville, this is a town league.

Tryouts and start dates TBD. Our goal is October with a November practice start time. For travel payment is not required until the player makes a team and accepts the position.

Some frequently asked questions:

Travel vs Rec:
Travel is more competitive. There are try-outs and cuts made. 1-2 practices per week, players are expected to attend practice, playing time is not mandated. Games are played on Sundays and can be any time, away games can be up to an hour away. We play in the Metrowest League, with games starting December and Ending February. This is 11 weeks of play with 1 make-up week added in. Playoffs start March and can be any day of the week.

Rec is open to all skill levels, there are no tryouts and no cuts, however there are evaluations so we can make the teams as fair as possible. This will be held in October. Games are Saturdays all home. Dates TBD but we usually begin our 10 game season after Thanksgiving.

Little Big Shots is K-2, time and day will be announced.

T-shirts are included in price for rec.

As always, coaches and volunteers are always needed. Every year we beg for coaches so PLEASE sign up. It is 2 hours a week and no experience needed.

We are currently doing Early Bird Pricing for our rec division. Prices will increase September 21.

Color Run: Grade Wars Update!

The High School Division is winning with most money raised with $280
BUT our K-2 division is right behind them at $230!

Happy Saturday!

With our 2026-2027 BMYBL basketball season around the corner, we’re looking to expand our board!

We are currently looking for members at large to join. 

Responbilities include:
*Several meetings or calls per year
*Help facilitate rec league games on Saturdays
*Help run try-outs
*Help with our Celebration Saturday!
The majority of time we will ask is during the season. During the off-season we send a few text or emails to keep tabs, but the time commitment is minimal as we understand people balance work and family. 

We are also looking for family members, preferably with younger players, that may be willing to take on additional responsibilities in the coming years.

We are thrilled to announce that we have partnered with Frederick W. Hartnett Middle School to level up our Color Run!

We will be working with the school to bring you Color Run: Grade Wars!

The new (and final) date is Saturday September 26, 11:00 at the Hartnett Middle School fields. (Registration 10:30)

What changed?
The school will help us get out information about our Color Run and is working with us to create a competition by grade! When you log in to the website, you will see we have started organizing by grade levels to see who comes out on top! The winning grade will win an advantage the day of the Color Run (more on that to come!)
There will also be some of your favorite staff members and teachers present at the Color Run, as well as BMYBL coaches and players!

What hasn't changed?
Everyone is still invited! All grades, towns, and family members! So spread the word!

We will have raffles, food, drinks, and some surprises up our sleeves to make this an amazing event!
