⚾️ ONE WEEK AWAY! ⚾️

The countdown is on! There’s just ONE WEEK until the Warhorses Baseball Youth Camp, and we can’t wait to see everyone out at the ballfield!

If you haven’t signed your child up yet, there’s still time! Come spend three fun-filled mornings learning the game of baseball from the Owen High School coaches and players. Whether your child is just getting started or has been playing for years, this camp is a great opportunity to build skills, make friends, and have fun!

As the 2025–2026 school year comes to a close, we're continuing to celebrate the incredible teachers and staff who make Owen High such a special place through our "Leading the Herd: OHS Educator Spotlight" series.

🐎 Meet Jackson Shaw, a proud third-generation Warhorse and 2019 OHS graduate! Now an OHS PE teacher and Head Baseball Coach, Jackson is passionate about giving back to the community that helped shape him. When he's not in the gym or on the field, you'll find him exploring the great outdoors.

Any 8th graders interested in playing baseball at Owen High School next year should stop by during recess this Friday for a player interest meeting to hear about upcoming opportunities, workouts, and plans for the program over the next several months. Looking forward to seeing you guys then!
