As a member of the Leaders Club, one is taking the initiative to better themselves, as well as the people that surround them, by serving the YMCA and community around the YMCA through volunteer work. Our volunteer work includes things like: refereeing youth soccer games, hosting overnights for youth at the YMCA, and raising money for fundraisers and campaigns within the YMCA. Our year is then capp

ed off when we go to leaders school in the Blue Ridge Mountains, taking classes that provide us with the training to be able to lead in almost any situation. Most of all, we're one big, happy family that enjoys giving back!
