Welcome to Transitions Yoga. We offer group and private classes in a small personal setting. If you're interested in becoming a Yoga Teacher we have a 200 hour certification program and look for our 300 hour class to start soon. Whether you are a new student or you've been coming to the mat for years, you will enjoy the personal attention received while practicing. Your body doesn't have to be fle

xible to start, but a flexible mind, willing to learn something new always helps. All you need to bring is a good sense of humor and we will provide the rest. We are open 15 minutes before classes start.

You already have everything you need. This practice helps you remember that.

Meditation in Motion is a slower, deeply restorative class that teaches you how to come home to yourself โ€” and stay there. You will leave with a felt sense of peace that isn't dependent on anything outside of you, and tools you can return to long after you roll up your mat.

Terra guides this practice with warmth and clarity. It begins with meditation, then moves into gentle, intuitive movement that is entirely your own. No performance. No pushing. Just you, reconnecting with the part of yourself that is always steady, always whole.

Your spine has been holding tension for years. It's time to let it go.

Does your back ache when you get out of bed? Feel stiff after hours at your computer? That nagging tension doesn't have to follow you all day. It's stored in deep muscles along your spine - and traditional stretching can't reach it.

This Tuesday, experience what real release feels like.

Supreme Release Yoga is an accessible, inward-oriented practice designed to do one thing: free your spine. Using props to support your body, you'll be guided into specific angles that allow deep spinal muscles to finally surrender. No flexibility required. No pain. Just the profound relief that comes from letting go.
What you'll walk out with:

*A spine that feels lighter and taller
*Deep muscles that have finally released
*Better sleep, more energy, greater ease
*The knowledge that you don't have to live with chronic tension

๐Ÿฆ‹Some tension doesnโ€™t release on its own. UNWIND gives you the tools to change that.

Using therapy balls, blocks, and intentional movement, each 75-minute session targets a different area of the body. Your hips, back, shoulders, neck, jaw will be targeted to release the kind of tightness that stretching alone canโ€™t reach.

Join us at Custer Park for 108 Sun Salutations โ€” a two-hour practice led by Neta that's equal parts movement, breath, and intention. This is one of those gatherings that reminds you why we practice together.

Come as you are. Move at your own pace. Rest when you need to. The 108 is a rhythm you settle into, not a race you run.
