Why do teams hire coaches that just got fired for losing? Raiders should hire Mr. Raider himself, Tim Brown as head coach, Rich Gannon OC, Rod Woodson DC, and get Bill Romanowski on thr staf as coordinatof of not taking s**t from anyone. There's a coaching staff.
