As I’m looking forward to celebrate another year of life tomorrow (God’s will) I have one simple birthday wish. I would love to see this community continue to grow and reach more women who need encouragement, support, healing, and a safe place to breathe.

Just a reminder:

At Gurl Breathe LLC, one of the biggest things I wanted women to understand is that breathing is more than physical. Sometimes “breathing” means allowing yourself to pause emotionally.

Sometimes “Gurl, Breathe” means:
Gurl… slow down.
Gurl… stop carrying everything alone.
Gurl… stop pretending you’re okay when you’re not.
Gurl… rest.
Gurl… heal.
Gurl… cry if you need to.
Gurl… ask for help.
Gurl… choose yourself too.

And that’s why spaces like Gurl Breathe LLC are important. Sometimes women don’t need judgment, criticism, nor people telling them to “just get over it.”

Women simply need a safe space, a listening ear, encouragement,support,
love, prayer, and reminders that they are not alone. So I thank you for being here, I’m here for you & I love you gurls deeply. 🤍✨
