If you’ve been curious about TLF, here’s a quick overview of what we offer.
One thing to note: the hours listed are coaching hours, meaning you can come in anytime during those windows and get your workout done. Most workouts take 45 minutes to an hour.
We offer everything from unlimited memberships, drop-ins, private training, Pilates, and HYROX coaching. Whether your goal is getting stronger, building muscle, training for an event, or just feeling better, we’ve got an option that can fit your schedule and goals.
We’re big believers that training should fit into your life, not take it over.
