Our Core Crush Kids Class officially kicks off this week!

📅 Tuesdays & Thursdays
⏰ 4:30–5:30 PM
👧🧒 Ages 8–11

Two classes every week focused on getting kids moving, building strength, coordination, confidence, and healthy habits — while having FUN! 🙌

We officially have 20+ vendors signed up for our next event! 🙌

If you’ve already submitted your form, I’ll be reaching out individually over the next couple of days for payment to secure your spot.

NOW… I’m looking for the UNIQUE stuff! 👀🔥

We already have a great mix including burgers, hot dogs, hibachi, snow cones, dirty sodas, sweets, desserts, candy and several amazing small-business vendors.

So I’m specifically looking to fill a few gaps:

🎶 ENTERTAINMENT
DJ • Live band • Live music • Local performers
If you can help keep a crowd entertained, I want to hear from you!

🌮 UNIQUE FOOD VENDORS
I’m looking for things we DON’T already have!

🥔 Loaded baked potatoes
🌮 Really good street tacos
🎡 Carnival/fair food
🥨 Giant pretzels
🧀 Loaded fries or specialty nachos
🍗 Wings or specialty chicken
🥟 Dumplings / egg rolls / unique Asian street food
🍤 Seafood or Cajun-style food
🍖 BBQ with something different
🧇 Chicken & waffles
🍩 Fresh mini donuts
🌽 Elotes / Mexican street corn
🔥 Or something completely OFF THE WALL that makes people say, “I HAVE to try that!”

The more unique, the better.

We want this event to have food and entertainment that gives people a reason to come out, stay awhile, eat, shop and have a good time.

Okay… our page has been FULL of food trucks, vendors, and event posts lately 😂 and for good reason — it’s been one of the most exciting things we’ve had going on!

BUT… I think it’s time we circle back and remind everyone who we are at the heart of it all. 💪❤️

CORE CRUSH.

We are a women’s fitness community, and if you’ve been watching from the sidelines wondering if you should come check us out — THIS IS YOUR SIGN.

✨ Your FIRST visit is absolutely FREE!

We offer:
• Instructor-led fitness classes
• Open gym access
• Personal training
• Boot Camps
• Protein shakes
• Energy & recovery drinks
• A growing retail section
• Kids classes coming soon — Tuesdays & Thursdays!
• And yes… our kitchen is STILL coming! Construction has thrown us some unexpected curveballs, but we’re not giving up on it. 😂

But the biggest thing we offer isn’t a machine, a class, or a shake.

It’s the community.

Core Crush isn’t your typical gym. It’s a place where women encourage each other, show up for each other, celebrate each other, and grow together.

Our youngest member is 8 years old and our oldest is 63 — so when we say there is something here for different ages, fitness levels, and walks of life, we mean it.

You do NOT have to already be “in shape.”
You do NOT have to know how to use the equipment.
You do NOT have to be comfortable walking into a gym.

Just walk through the door. ❤️

We have multiple membership options available, and we would love to show you around and help you find what works for YOU.
