🏁 Race day Recap 🏁

▪️ Went out 1st in our qualifying, finished 2nd with a time of 12.745
▪️ Started 3rd in our heat, and finished 4th
▪️ In the feature, we started in the 12th position and finished 16th

Not our best night, but the car came home in one piece and we’re learning more for next race. This season has been a lot of learning curves with a new car, a track we didn’t see often in the lightnings, and a whole different class of drivers. Next weekend we’ll come back fresh and give it our best!

Today we’re back at Plymouth Dirt Track Racing with the greatest show on dirt, The world of Outlaws!
We’re looking forward to racing with the big dogs, and watching their show as well as seeing if we can keep up our groove this weekend. Hope to see some of you there!

🏁 Race day Recap 🏁

We had a double header this weekend, with our sunday race being at Angell Park Speedway. It’s safe to say, this was one of our best races yet! Being at a new track with this car was a little out of my comfort zone, but I really found my groove halfway through the feature.

▪️In qualifying we started 6th, finished 8th with a time of 14.379
▪️ In our heat we started 8th and finished 8th
▪️ 22 cars were signed into the feature, and I started in the very last spot in the pack. We held our own for the first 12 laps, got a yellow and I really found my comfort zone and finished 8th! Having passed the most cars, we were awarded Hard Charger award for the night!

All in all it was a great weekend of racing, with lots learned and accomplished. Special thank you to my Sunday pit crew of Luke, Peter, Blake, and Joe.

Today for our double header weekend, we’re heading to Angell Park Speedway!

Gates open at 4:00pm
Hot laps at 5:00pm

It’s beautiful weather, and we’re looking forward to running on a new track to us!

🏁 Race day Recap at Plymouth Dirt Track Racing 🏁

▪️Started 2nd in qualifying, finished 7th with a time of 13.591. My pill draw put me with some of the best of the class, which was a fun challenge to keep up with them.
▪️ Started 6th in our heat, and moved up to 5th position. The car felt awesome, but I ran out of tear-offs and finished with limited vision.
▪️In our B feature, we started in the 3rd position and finished 7th after a few bumper car laps. The lower part of the track felt awesome, but we got pushed to the higher part a few times and it slowed me down a little but it’s all a learning curve.

Overall happy with how the night went, every weekend is a learning experience and we’re excited to see where the rest of the season goes! Thank you to Peter and Larry for helping with the car last night! And as always, thank you to my sponsors for making it all possible.

🏁 Race day recap at Plymouth Dirt Track 5/16🏁

▪️We started 8th in our qualifying, and finished 3rd with a lap time of 12.751
▪️Started in the 2nd position in our heat, but dropped to 5th after trying to dive to the bottom and missing the open spot
▪️In the B feature main, started in the 8th position on the outside, held my own until I spun out on turn 3 while trying to get a tear-off off which kicked me to the last spot. After the restart, I got my way back up to 9th (out of 16) but ended up finishing in the 11th spot.

Overall the car felt great, and we’re looking forward to more seat time and better races to come.
