New PR on Squat of 315lbs! I haven’t squatted heavy in years because of how weak my lower back used to be. I’ve been training all my weaker muscle groups to be more well rounded as a whole. This felt so amazing! Also might get into Powerlifting more! Love the soreness feeling after every workout. It helps me know that I’ve been working and deserve a good meal🔥🙏
