Position:
Assistant Coach / Project Manager

Salary:
$8,000 - $12,000 per month

We are looking for motivated coaches who want to be part of a serious junior development project and grow within a high-performance tennis environment.

Ideal candidate:

* 25-35 years old preferred
* Experience developing junior players
* Former D1 college level or strong competitive playing background
* Women: 10+ UTR preferred
* Men: 11.5+ UTR preferred
* Strong communication skills
* Organized, responsible, and professional
* Comfortable working with players, parents, and coaches
* Must have a valid U.S. work permit or be a U.S. citizen

Before, 10 y/o Varun was getting jammed on his backhand because he was too close to the ball.

So we used a simple cone line as a reference point.

At first, the cones gave him the structure.
Then, he started to feel the spacing by himself.

That is real coaching.

Sometimes a player does not need a complicated explanation. They need the right drill, the right visual cue, and enough repetition to understand the feeling.

Better distance means better contact.
Better contact means a cleaner backhand.

With this message, my goal is to educate and support parents of young tennis players who are starting their journey.

Iā€™m also the father of two young athletes, and this has helped them a lot in their own sports journey.

And by the way, their coaches relationship with me is absolutely great. They show appreciation because I fully respect my role as a parent.

This is not about going against anyone or criticizing any parent. I know most parents are trying to help because they love their kids and want the best for them.

Iā€™m simply using this platform to teach, this time not to the players, but to the parents.
