I’m so pleased to be supporting Soph as she steps into this next chapter 👏🏽

And I think so many are going to resonate with this one…

Because Soph isn’t starting from zero.
She trains.
She shows up.
She puts the effort in.

Yet despite all of that…
She’s not seeing the results she feels her effort deserves.

Protein is always on her mind.

Nutrition is something she thinks about constantly.

But like so many people, knowing what to do and consistently executing it aren’t always the same thing.

The biggest difference between Angela in 2025 and Angela in 2026?

A decision.

She spent all of 2025 watching.

Watching other women get results.
Watching other women change.
Wondering if she could do it too…

But not quite believing she could.

Then January came and she stopped watching.

She started.

Today she’s 25lbs down 👏🏽

But before you look at the number, understand what actually created it:

➡️ Weeks where the scale barely moved.
