Back to school season has a way of turning everything upside down all at once. Right???
New schedules. New routines. Everthing in transition. Your own rhythm trying to find its footing again in the middle of everyone else's needs.
It's a lot. And your nervous system knows it — even when you're too busy to notice.
This is the time of year we see people drift from their practice. And we understand. Life gets loud in August.
But here's what we also know — the weeks you protect this hour are always the weeks that feel most manageable. The Reformer doesn't ask anything of you except to show up and we; maybe also a few pulses. Everything else we take care of.
