I had a few ask me why cooper was in a wheel chair last night. As you may or may not know he has Trevor’s disease which is tumors in his knee and ankle. Last few weeks he has played hard with friends and family and lately his leg and ankle have been hurting to the point we needed to get X-rays to see what’s going on. Well the tumor have grown more and that’s what seams to be the issues. So until we can get in to see the doctor cooper will just have to take it easy for alittle which is why we got his wheel chair out. It’s just to let it rest and not be on it all the time. So if you see him in it he’s fine just hurting and taken a break. 

Here is the most recent xray if you loook at his ankle and knee you see all the grayish around both is the tumor’s.

👑🏁 TRIPLE CROWN — FINAL DAY RECAP 🏁👑

Where do we even start?! After getting to the track last night and getting a good night’s sleep, Dad got the car ready and it was time for Cooper to go to work!

🔥 Heat 1:
Cooper started DEAD LAST thanks to a not-so-great pill draw. 😬 The green flag dropped and he immediately started working his way through the field. One car at a time, he kept moving forward until he took over the #1 spot — and never gave it back! 🏁

LAST ➡️ FIRST! HEAT WINNER! 🥇🔥

🏁 Feature:
Started on the pole and Cooper was FAST! He was looking great up front until another driver wanted the same line Cooper had… and Cooper definitely wasn’t ready to give it up. 😂 They made contact, Cooper spun, and both cars went to the back.

On the restart, Cooper put his head down and charged all the way back to 3rd… only to spin out AGAIN. 😩

So there we were — dead last AGAIN.

But this kid DID. NOT. QUIT. 💪

On the second restart, Cooper pushed and pushed, worked his way back through the field, and somehow brought it home with a 3RD PLACE FINISH! 🥉

Couldn’t be more proud of the fight he showed!

👑 NOW FOR THE WHOLE REASON WE RACED THIS WEEKEND — THE CROWN!

Across the three Triple Crown races, Cooper finished:

5th • 1st • 3rd

That put us 5TH OVERALL out of 12 in the Triple Crown Championship!

Unfortunately, it wasn’t the podium finish we came here wanting, but you can’t be disappointed in the way this kid drove. Cooper drove his heart out all weekend and never stopped fighting. ❤️🏁

A HUGE thank you to all three tracks Christian County Quarter Midget Association ALQMA-Abraham Lincoln Quarter Midget Association Tri-City Jr Speedway volunteers, families, and everyone who put in the work to make this Triple Crown weekend happen. We had an absolute blast!

Now it’s time to unload, get some rest, and enjoy a much-needed week off from racing! 😂

Come out and support Cooper and ALL of these awesome young racers as they leave it all on the track one more time!

We’ve had an incredible weekend, so let’s finish it off the right way…

Cooper started Day 2 in 5th and finished 5th, but the feature was a whole different story! 🔥

Starting 3rd, Cooper got the jump off the start and never looked back. 🏆

We also spent some time watching races together, which was really nice and I think helped him a lot. Sometimes slowing down, watching other drivers, and taking it all in makes a bigger difference than you realize.

This is our second time at Abe Lincoln, and our second 1st-place feature win here! ❤️🏁

He needed something to get that motor going, and we think he may have just found it. Watching him find his confidence, make the moves, and put together a race like that was SO exciting.

Up next is our home track to finish out this Triple Crown weekend! 🏁 We’re excited to bring it home and see what Cooper can do.

Congrats to all the drivers, and to every family who shows up, puts in the work, and makes these race weekends so awesome for their kids. Racing is about so much more than what happens on the track, and we’re so thankful to be part of it. ❤️

🏁 NIGHT 1 IS IN THE BOOKS! 🏁

Not exactly the night we were hoping for, but Cooper showed a whole lot of heart tonight. ❤️

🔥 HEAT 1
Started on the pole and Cooper was FAST right from the jump! Unfortunately, we spun a chain, which ended our heat early with a DNF.

🏁 FEATURE
Started 3rd and Cooper was looking great until he got spun ALQMA-Abraham Lincoln Quarter Midget Associationgood and wanted to pull off the track.

After a little encouragement, he decided to push through the pain and finish what he started, bringing it home 5th. 💪

Proud of you, buddy! Nights like this may not come with a trophy, but they show just how tough and determined you are.

Now we load everything back up and head to ALQMA – Abraham Lincoln Quarter Midget Association for Round 2 of the Triple Crown! 👑🏁

New track. New day. Another chance to go get it!
