Many members of the Berlin 8th grade boys basketball team started playing together in 4th grade in 2021, putting in 151 practices, battling through 141 games, and finishing with 80 wins and 61 losses.
Over these years we have watched these boys grow—not just as basketball players, but as young men.
They learned how to compete, how to handle Wins, how to handle Losses, and how to support each other no matter what the scoreboard said.
What makes us proud isn’t just the 80 wins. It’s the effort these young men gave in every practice and every game.
You showed up.
You worked hard.
And you played for each other!
