This is a group for anyone interested in balancing fitness with the enjoyment of craft beer in the East Bay. Every Tuesday night a group of runners with varying experience meet at a local brewery or craft beer bar and run between 3-6 miles returning for post-run beer. Past events have taken place in Oakland (The Trappist, Beer Revolution, Drake's Dealership) and San Leandro (Drake's Brewery, 21st

Happy National IPA Day!

Some of us celebrated a little early on Tuesday at Original Pattern Brewing Co. where we went on a run around the lake followed by delicious beer, food by La Santa Torta, and a free to enter raffle where one lucky runner won an entry to Alameda 10 Miler. Thanks for having us, Original Pattern!

It felt great to be back on familiar grounds. Thank you Sante Adairius • Oakland Arbor for your friendly staff taking care of our group with delicious beer! We’ll be back.

Next Tuesday at 6:30 we kick off our August with a return to Original Pattern Brewing Co. for a lagoon run followed by some of JLS’s finest! More info on our event page.

We had such a great time this past Tuesday at Spats with our friends from Nike. Nike was beyond generous by letting us demo their shoes during the run, getting everyone their first drink, providing delicious snacks from All Pau, and gifting us a new EBBR flag! Also a huge shoutout to Spats for bringing their A-game with the fully staffed bar.

We’ll see everyone next Tuesday at 6:30 PM for a beer run at Sante Adairius Rustic Ales Oakland Arbor at the former site of The Trappist. Oakland is very fortunate to have one of the best breweries in California open a taproom here! More info on our event page.
