This is a 12 week training plan. Meet once a week for "accountability meetings" to review and discuss weekly bible study and new topics on running. Training consists of 3 days a week, starting at 28 minutes for 4 weeks, then gradually increasing to 37-40 minutes at the end of week 12. You run at a pace that is comfortable for you. Throughout the 12 weeks we also discuss good eating habits, the correct running shoes, stretching and core exercises. The program will kick off February 1 and the 5K will be ran on April 25th in Hancock.
