Friday Night clinics.

FOR THE 18 th YEAR! – Sunset West will be hosting specific “skill” clinics for
current players who would like some extra help and extra reps. Local high
school coaches, local college coaches and college players will serve as guest
instructors. The clinics are a free service. (check the website for changes).
Times are tentatively scheduled from: 7:30 PM – 8:15* PM (9/10/11/ 12’s & H20)
* 15 mins are added for photos & autographs 8:30 PM – 9:15* PM (13’s & 14’s & older)

UPDATES!!!

Bennington Volleyball Club 25/26

AGES- 8-14
PRACTICES: Stratford Elementary - 1 practice a week 5:10-7:10pm (other time frames available)
Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday

TOURNAMENTS: 2 tournaments a month, mostly local but we have played in tournaments in Lincoln and Fremont – 2 scrimmages in January

COACHES: Each team has a head coach and assistant

OBJECTIVE: We want to keep teams small, so each participant gets a lot of experience. We only practice once a week so athletes can be involved in other sports. Attending the one practice a week is essential.

REQUIREMENTS:
Pay league fees $700 (ages 8-12) $720 (ages 13-15)
All tournaments, 2 jerseys and a volleyball included with fees
Additional practice opportunities through Sunset West. Friday nights throughout the season.

Season runs from December to mid-March. We are not allowed to practice when Bennington school district is not in session.

Tryouts are November 18th – 20th - Sign ups will be posted in October.

Bennington Volleyball Clinic is open for sign ups. This clinic is only for girls trying out for the club. The clinic is optional, but is a great way for the girls to work on their skills before tryouts.
