AGES- 9-15

PRACTICES: Stratford Elementary - 1 practice a week 5:10-7:10pm (other time frames
available)
Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday

TOURNAMENTS: 2 tournaments a month, mostly local but some have played in Lincoln and Fremont – 2 scrimmages in January - Tournaments start in Jan

COACHES: Each team has a head coach and assistant (these are not yet determined)

OBJECTIVE: We want to keep teams small, so each participant gets a lot of experience. We only practice once a week so athletes can be involved in other sports. Attending the one practice a week is mandatory.

REQUIREMENTS:
Pay league fees $700 (ages 9-12) $720 (ages 13-15)
All tournaments, 2 jerseys and a volleyball included with fee
Additional practice opportunities through Sunset West. Friday nights clinics throughout the season.

The season runs from December to mid-March. We are not allowed to practice when the Bennington school district is not in session.

Tryouts are: Nov 17-19th - Google form will be posted in October. Specific age groups will be a specific night. This is not yet determined.

Friday Night clinics.

FOR THE 18 th YEAR! – Sunset West will be hosting specific “skill” clinics for
current players who would like some extra help and extra reps. Local high
school coaches, local college coaches and college players will serve as guest
instructors. The clinics are a free service. (check the website for changes).
Times are tentatively scheduled from: 7:30 PM – 8:15* PM (9/10/11/ 12’s & H20)
* 15 mins are added for photos & autographs 8:30 PM – 9:15* PM (13’s & 14’s & older)
