First ever Spring Break Day Camp!
I have already filled this partially within the program but have a couple remaining spots that I am opening up to the public. Lots of learning, many fun times, big group riding lesson everyday.

Apollo is a seasoned trail horse, and last summer his owner won the novice trail challenge at river valley. Apollo would make a really great 4H, open show, pleasure mount. He is a big boy and can carry any level rider, although I would not recommend the tiny ones simply due to his size is very intimidating.
Very reasonable rate to those that would like a horse a bit to themselves as he is not used heavily. Same lease terms as my other lesson horses, but you will coordinate with Danielle on ride times, so you don't overlap.

Lesson Horse Lease program
Leasing gives you the oportunity to feel ownership without the full cost or commitment. For rider growth you must ride a variety of horses and types of horses. There are plenty of options at my house for this season.
Starting in March I will offer a limited number of rider spots to lease horses! You will be assigned a primary horse and then you can ride any of the others that you are level appropriate for. Have a summer FULL of time at the barn and growing as a rider.

A reminder that 4H Lease contracts need to be signed and sent into the state May 1st. To be eligible for my lesson horses, you must be in lessons beginning in March to be sure we get you a good fit for a horse.

Did you know that a horse foaled anytime in 2024 is considered one year old on January 1, 2025, and two years old on January 1, 2026. This standardized system simplifies age divisions in competition. This is the rules for AQHA and the Jockey club. Many reasons why majority of foals born with intention by quality breeders are born earlier in the year. A horse born in August is not going to be as competitive against a horse born in January or February.
