The theme for my classes this week is ‘Santosha’, the Sanskrit word for ‘contentment’. It is one of the Niyamas in the Eight Limbs of Yoga.
When we practice Santosha, we let go of our attachments to external factors that we can’t control. Santosha is a practice of turning inward to cultivate inner peace by finding a deep satisfaction and appreciation for the good that we have in our lives.

Wed 2/2: Yin at Home via Zoom, 5:30-6:30pm
Thurs 2/3: Stretch & Flex @ Larkspur Comm. Center, 12-12:50pm
Sat 2/5: Vinyasa Flow @ Juniper Fitness, 8:10-9am
