🏈 BEND FC’S FIRST-EVER BOYS FLAG FOOTBALL PROGRAM! 🏈

We’re excited to launch our first Boys Flag Football Program this fall for boys ages 6–11 (1st–5th grade)!

This 6-week program will be led by Dalton Cole, professional quarterback, alongside other former collegiate and professional football players. Players will learn directly from experienced athletes while developing the fundamentals of the game in a fun, competitive, and encouraging environment.

Each session will combine skill development + gameplay, giving athletes the opportunity to work on throwing, catching, routes, footwork, flag pulling, defense, teamwork, and game situations.

Saturday, Nov. 7 – 5:30 PM
Saturday, Nov. 14 – 5:30 PM
Saturday, Nov. 21 – 4:00 PM

Our Bend FC Girls Flag Football Fall Program now kicks off Saturday, October 3 and runs through November 14, with Halloween weekend off! 🎃

Designed for girls ages 6–11 (Grades 1st–5th), the program combines skill development, teamwork, and gameplay in a fun environment for all experience levels.

🏈 Another Awesome Day of Flag Football! 🏈

We had a blast hosting another FREE Bend FC Flag Football Camp on Sunday for girls and boys!

Players spent 2 hours developing their skills, learning different positions, and then putting everything into action through game play. It was great to see everyone competing, learning, and having fun!

🍂 And we’re just getting started!

This fall, we’re excited to continue offering skills-based flag football training led by Dalton Cole, a former Oregon Lightning player and college football player. Dalton will focus on helping athletes build strong fundamentals, improve their football IQ, and learn how to apply those skills in game situations.

Our goal is to give young athletes a fun environment where they can learn the game, build confidence, develop their skills, and PLAY!
