Bend FC is continuing to do what we can to support our Silver Rail Elementary families as our community navigates these difficult times.

We know families are still facing uncertainty, and we want to help by giving kids a positive place to play, spend time with friends, and simply be kids while parents and caregivers have a few hours to take care of what they need.

We are offering another FREE Day Camp on Wednesday, November 4th, for Silver Rail Elementary students in Kindergarten through 3rd grade.

📅 Wednesday, November 4th

Sometimes, it’s about so much more than soccer. 💜

On Saturday, Woodburn showed our Bend FC 14G Black team an incredible act of kindness. They shared a moment of silence before the game and gave each of our girls a Gatorade bottle with a picture and a thoughtful note of support.

Thank you, woodburn_fc for your kindness and compassion. These gestures mean so much to our players, families, and community. 💜⚽

This weekend, our Bend FC teams took the field wearing their purple armbands in support of Silver Rail and our community.

We are incredibly proud of our players for representing something bigger than soccer. These armbands will be worn for the remainder of the season as a reminder that our community stands together and supports one another.

Thank you, Soccer Band-Its LLC for helping us with these armbands! You guys were great to work with!

To our volunteers, we know you stepped away from work, school, family, and other responsibilities to help with check-in, meals, art, soccer, flag football, wiffle ball, and everything in between. Whether you gave a few hours or several days, every bit of your time mattered.

💜 TO ALL THE FAMILIES WHO TRUSTED US WITH YOUR KIDS THIS WEEK — THANK YOU!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for allowing Bend FC to be part of your children's lives this week.

We know these past several days have been incredibly difficult. We also know that trusting someone else to care for your children, especially during a time like this, means a lot. We don't take that trust lightly, and we are truly grateful you gave us the opportunity.

We had an absolute blast with your kids! The laughter, smiles, energy, friendships, and fun they brought to our fields each day were exactly what we all needed. We loved getting to know each and every one of them. What an incredible group of kiddos!

More than anything, we hope they woke up each morning with something to look forward to. We hope they went home with smiles, stories to share, and a little more joy in their hearts. Even if we helped make just one part of their day a little brighter, that means everything to us.

We also hope this week gave parents and caregivers a little breathing room. Whether you needed to work, take care of your family, handle life's responsibilities, or simply have a moment to yourself, we hope knowing your kids were with us helped ease some of that weight.

This week was never just about a camp. It was about being there for one another when our community needed it.

To every family who joined us, thank you for sharing your amazing kids with us. They brought just as much joy to our staff and volunteers as we hope we brought to them.

We already miss their smiling faces, their excitement, and all the little moments that made this week so special!

Please know that Bend FC cares deeply about this community and the families who make it what it is. We will continue to show up for one another, not just on the good days, but especially on the hard ones.

Sending the biggest hugs to every single one of you. We are grateful for your trust, your children, and this community we call home. 💜

With so much care and appreciation,

Your Bend FC Family

For the remainder of the season, our players will proudly wear purple armbands in support of Silver Rail Elementary and everyone affected by this tragedy.

These armbands represent more than a symbol. They are a reminder that our community stands together, that those affected are not forgotten, and that no one faces these difficult times alone.

Every time our players step onto the field, they will carry that message of compassion, unity, and support with them.
