I coach bodybuilding and teach group fitness. That's it. I've never once considered expanding beyond that. I always thought I needed serious athletes 100% focused on training and nutrition to bring my vision to life. 50% because I didn't think I had time to do otherwise and 50% because I always doubted people would stick to the plan.

Over the years I've reluctantly shared my philosophy, mindset, meal plans, recipes, macros, training etc. with friends and family. When I have shared, I've expected failure and resistance, but results keep falling in my lap. Not only that, but the reoccurring theme is that... "It's not that hard."

So here we are.

Over the last few months I've consolidated, researched, planned, prepared and even built a website to share a 21-day reset with you. We're going into the holidays and it's perfect timing! Team, this is a great time to focus on YOU on your habits. Don't fret, this reset will not be bodybuilding intense, but it will boast similar concepts. If you listen, learn and implement.....results will be inevitable.

After placing at NPC Universe, one of the largest amateur shows in the country (if not the largest), Thanittha decided she wanted to try another federation. A “natural” federation, a drug tested federation…. the WNBF. PEDs are part of bodybuilding. I know that. You know that. We all know that. When you join the sport, you know what you’re getting. As a natural athlete it’s nice to occasionally step into a different arena with different players going by different rules to see you how you stack up. Turns out Thanittha stacks up reeeeeal nice. Best of the best even. First place in her class and then she won the whole sticking show. I am beyond proud of her. I’m a little late with this post, but its never too late to show the world an inspiring soul. This lovely human is committed to bodybuilding and is making her mark on the sport all while being the most amazing mom and wife. Congrats to you my friend!! You deserve all the medals and all the respect.

I love a good transformation! Ana has embraced this sport since day one. Out of the gates she’s been so so disciplined and hard working. There’s no stopping her!
