Congratulations to our Class of 2026 Seniors!
You all have represented the Belton Pirates Shooting Sports Team with dedication, sportsmanship, leadership, and hard work both on and off the range. We are incredibly proud of each of you and all that you have accomplished as students, athletes, teammates, and role models.
As you close this chapter and begin the next, remember that your hard work, discipline, and determination will continue to take you far in life. No matter where your future leads, you will always be part of the Pirates family.

We would like to recognize an outstanding achievement by one of our 8th grade athletes on the Belton Pirates Shooting Sports Team.

8th grader Jackson Lyons has made team history!

Jackson first broke the record as the youngest athlete on the team to hit a perfect 25 straight. Then, during practice, he went even further—becoming not only the youngest, but also the fastest athlete in team history to hit a perfect 50 straight targets.

Jackson didn’t stop there. He continued shooting and hit an incredible 78 targets in a row before missing, finishing the evening with an impressive 98 out of 100 targets.

Congratulations, Jackson, on an incredible performance and for setting a new standard for the team!
