Hi everyone! It's been such a long time since I came on here....
I just wanted to share our news! Our baby girl, Ava, was born on Christmas Eve via C section at 11:10pm after my water broke a week before my elective c section date. We have been in love ever since!

I am still busy recovering as it has been a month post op. But I can't wait to get back into my step routine!

I know when I started this page and my Saturday step classes, I did not know I was going to have a surprise baby, neither did we know about this terrible lockdown that followed in August.

I do however still have plans and dreams to continue my step classes in the near future. Please watch this space and don't hesitate to reach out.

If you are interested to join back, would you be willing to buy your own step and bring it along for step classes? Also, would you enjoy outside classes in the morning? Like at Narrow Neck beach or Millford beach?
Let me know! I would love to hear from you! X

Surviving Lockdown one day at a time! Make sure you make some time for you and your body and your mind!

Hi! Just checking in and making sure everyone is still surviving lockdown with toddlers and little kiddos! I was able to release some endorphins today!

Lockdown means no more Saturday Step Classes....😔
In the meantime I will be continuing to move my body through doing some yoga, solo step, and occasionally yoga on a step! 😅
Make sure to take those kiddos out for walks and take some time to move your body as well!

Warm up before the ladies showed up for this morning's step class! It was a good one! If you are wanting to meet new people, move your body more for your mind, body and soul...come and give step aerobics a go! Today's pregnant women are out and about, in the work force, at the gym - everywhere they were before they became maternity shoppers.

I am very privileged to be able to continue being active, doing yoga and step aerobics! I am continuing my step classes every Saturday at Belmont Intermediate School @7:45 - 8:30
Hope to see my ladies there tomorrow!!!

PS: It might affect your flexibility though...I could not, for the life of me, get my foot up where it was on the second photo a couple of months ago!!! 😅🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤰
