As this deer season is coming to an end, I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting and the biggest thing on my mind is gratitude.

Every call I answered came from someone who had poured time, effort, and heart into a hunt. The nerves in your voice, the hope, the doubt, I felt it with you. Being trusted to help find a deer isn’t just a job to me. It’s personal. I know what that moment means, and I take that responsibility seriously every single time I launch the drone.

This season gave me more than recoveries. It gave me conversations in cold fields, handshakes under headlamps, stories that won’t be forgotten, and friendships that started as a phone call and ended with respect on both sides. Some of you called me a service but many of you became friends.
Thank you for trusting me in those moments when the outcome mattered so much. Thank you for the referrals, the messages, the appreciation, and the belief in doing things the right way. Whether I recovered your deer or brought you peace of mind, I’m honored to have been part of your season.
I truly can’t wait for next year.

DEER RECOVERED!!! Congratulations to Charlie of Galloway for getting this huge doe tonight. Charlie is an outfitter guide that I get a lot calls from. When he smoked a doe tonight with his muzzleloader and couldn’t find any blood he knew who to call! Happy to see Charlie get his deer this year!

DEER RECOVERED!!! Congratulations to Christian Soria for shooting this Willard stud! Christian called yesterday after blood spray turned into drops. When I arrived last night we quickly located him to our surprise still alive. I would fly low on him and he would try to stand up but couldn’t get up. We agreed he was going to expire in that bed over night. Christian got to wake up and go claim his late season trophy this morning! Congrats again Christian!

Congratulations to all my clients that got their redemption this gun season. To me one of the greatest feeling is when an existing client either has me come back out for their redemption shot on their deer or simply sends me a text saying I got him. I truly care about every single person that calls and want nothing but the best for them. Im happy for all of you!!

Gun Season Update!
5/5 on locates so far for gun season!
3/5 recovered
First call was expired on arrival!
Second was a low shoulder that exited through the stomach and Third was a broadside gut shot. Both were advised to wait until morning to recover, both were recovered the next day expired in their beds
Calls four and five were high shoulder shots both deer survived
Reminder to all,
Guns are a lot different than bows with 2-3 in broadheads. Broadheads open up a wound and leave a good blood trail. Both my gut shot finds had little to no blood trail. Both bucks were located within 200 yards from where the hunters stopped looking. Gut shot deer will leave very little to no blood but will expire! The two deer that were high shoulder shots left a good blood trail that tapered off and the hunters kept jumping them out of their beds. Both those deer will survive. If you shoot a deer and question the shot or the blood trail reach out! Our drone map is filled with the most experienced pilots in the state. We can tell based off shot location and deer behavior if the deer is going to expire or live to see another day!
