Kickboxing class at 8 a.m. Saturday and I can do Sunday too. Please indicate if you would like to attend and which day, or both you would like to attend. If numbers balloon, I'll add an additional class following the first. Also, as per the June special, if you've attended Whitley's pilates class today or on Thursday, one class is free. If you attend both days, 2 classes are free. She has made a list of attendees for me. Thanks all!

Class this Sunday at 8 am. Whitley will have Pilates at 7 am. I need to know who is planning on attending, as I will have to do an additional class following the 8 am class. 24 people was awesome, but I'd rather do two classes back to back than have that many on the amount of useable bags I have available. You all deserve to have the attention and the availability of good bags and myself to answer questions and help with form. If you would please, with your response, let me know a) if you're coming to Pilates or just kickboxing, and b) if the 8 am time slot or 9 am time slot would work for you. Also, as per the June special, anyone who attends Pilates will also have the kickboxing class included in the cost. Have a great weekend, everyone and look forward to seeing you Sunday!

Ok crew, Wednesday at 8 pm it is. Also, and even better news; Whitley has agreed to do Pilates class at 7 pm beforehand. And, as promised per the June promotion, if you come to Pilates with Whitley, your paid class will get you kickboxing class free. It's a wonderful class, so don't be afraid. I took her first class two Sundays ago, and it was great. See you Wednesday.

Hey kickboxers! I just wanted to let you know to feel free to post your accomplishments and wins on this page. I want to celebrate each and every one of you for whatever you find worthy and uplifting regarding your progress in these classes. Whether it's losing some weight, sleeping better, gaining more strength and flexibility, or simply just feeling better in your day to day life. Please, this page is for you guys. There is no win or accomplishment too small to celebrate and get recognition for and kudos. Thanks, everyone!
