Sometimes I can’t turn off my coaching brain. So I’m done rolling and I gravitate towards the ring and start yelling at the guys. I tend to do that as I teach other arts...I watch peoples’ form from weight training, BJJ, FMA, Muay Thai, or any movement.

We Found what prolly amounts to $1000. Two iPhones fell off their Jeep. Wife found the first and driving off we found the second. These people were grateful! Called the hubby on wife’s phone and they came rushing back to the beach! Good deeds for the day!
