Bellevue Braves 13's These guys are good! A group of 13 year old Bellevue boys who know how to play baseball as a team.

Under the guidance of Coach Lee Smales these boys have developed into young men that are always prepared to step up to the next level.

Proud of all the boys. It's been a memorable year and lots of fun. Great run at state, only one loss and it was to the state champions. You guys are great and I hope you all skip your freshman year to come back and play for one more year. Could you Imagine the possibilities? Thanks for the memories, I'm sad the season has come to an end.

What a great time in AZ with the Braves Boys. So many experiences on and off the field. Team went 1 and 3 playing the best of Arizona. These teams have already played 70 to 80 games this season. We have only practiced outside for a week. Can't wait to see how we perform back in Nebraska over the next 3 months. Frozen Ropes and Pacesetters this weekend. Go Braves!

1st scrimmage of the year went well. Pitchers looked good and had solid defense behind them. Left too many runners in scoring position. Will need to improve on that if we hope to make some noise in AZ.

All players should be working extra hard to finish school work and prepare for tests. You need to bring/keep the grades up, so there are no problems with missing a day of school while in Arizona.
