Puebla, Mexico, sits at 7450’, the air is thin, oh, and hot! What on earth convinced Alec and I to race here?! We were buoyed by our Houston doubles result, 1st in AG (45-49), 19th overall. Our thought pattern; let’s hang onto our fitness and go for another W! The outcome was about what we expected, six minutes slower, 2nd in AG and a renewed confidence that we can finish races and compete even when we both feel like garbage and want to quit every single step! Exciting Announcement: The Launch of Hybrid Sports Performance located at 2000 124th Ave NE, B 104/105, Bellevue WA 98005!

We are thrilled to announce the grand opening of Hybrid Sports Performance! Join us for our open houses this Friday, March 27th, 4pm to 7pm and Saturday 11am to 2pm.

The journey has not been easy since I sold my last facility in 2018. It has been filled with challenges, adversity, and incredible growth. I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to our amazing team— Ayden, Nathan, Dray, and Don —for their unwavering hard work and dedication. A big shoutout to Evan and Cameron for their valuable contributions as well!

At Hybrid Sports Performance, we’re excited to offer you access to an elite staff of performance coaches who are ready to help you reach your athletic goals. We are also proud to announce our partnership with HYROX, bringing innovative training experiences that will push your limits!
