Today I changed shoes mid session (4 rounds 15m push, 15m pull, 15m BBJ, 150m Z5 Ski - 1 min RI between rounds) as my Puma Nitro’s were spinning out with 150kg on the sled (for push and pull)! Hmmm I thought “does a bad workman always blame their tools?”. Nope, the tools were bad! Switched into my On Cloud Boom Echo 3’s and literally 💥 life was good again! HYROX & Strength Training | Bellevue athletes if you want shoe input reach out, I’ve tested them all (almost)!!

I work all grip positions in my pull ups but find neutral grip is kinder on these 53 year old joints! Keep em strict, always!
