Registration for Session 1 (12-2) is now closed due to full capacity. Session 2(2-4)still has spots available, with a limited enrollment of 20 participants to guarantee focused attention on each athlete's specific needs.

As the calendar has transitioned to April, we are excited to get started with our third year of summer speed training program. This year, we will be offering two sessions starting on Tuesday, May 26. Session 1 will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, while Session 2 will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Excluding the initial week or any unforeseen schedule conflicts, sessions will be scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Each session will have a capacity of 20 participants. Kindly reserve your spot promptly by completing the Google sign-up form attached for your reference. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to us.

We've wrapped up year 2 of speed training!! These boys and some others not pictured put in the hard work necessary to make significant gains this summer. We're proud to have doubled in size from year one to year two and are excited to see what the future holds for year three!!
