This weekend wasn’t the outcome we wanted.

We don’t play for second.
We don’t make excuses.
And we don’t carry one tournament into the next.

Learn from it. Forget the rest. Get back to work.

Because in a week and a half, we get another opportunity.

Work harder. Compete harder. Come back better.

🥎 OUTKASTS TOURNAMENT RECAP 🖤🩷

A strong weekend with contributions all over the field!

🔥 24 runs scored
🔥 20 hits
🔥 22 stolen bases
🔥 42 pitching strikeouts

Cheyenne and Emerson led the offense with 4 hits each, while Cheyenne also reached base every trip to the plate and stole 8 bases.

💥 Maisie came through with 4 big RBIs!

🔥 Emerson recorded 20 strikeouts in 8.1 innings.

👏 JuJu McLean made her first-ever travel ball pitching appearance and delivered 2 scoreless innings, 6 strikeouts and ZERO hits allowed!

🧱 Kylee was a wall defensively with 3 putouts while also driving in 4 runs.

🥎 And Izzy was an absolute workhorse behind the plate, catching 9 innings this weekend and doing an amazing job handling our pitching staff.

Different girls stepping up in different ways.

She may be on the newer side to softball but definitely not new to the diamond, believe it or not she was a baseball player. We are so fortunate that out of all the teams she chose us to play with!! We are the ones that are blessed.

Super cool drill!

Coach Casey dug deep into her bag of tricks!!

Two coaches each have a whistle. One coach blows the whistle as soon as the pitcher lets the ball leave her hand and the other coach blows the whistle as soon as the player leaves first base. We're trying to get the two whistles to go as close as possible. If you listen closely you will hear both whistles.

No boring practices for these girls!

Outkasts girls are being coached differently and it shows! 🩷🩷
