For the last few days I've been in a rut. I haven't shown up, and I haven't done the reps. Not because I don't want to, or too busy, just literally INSECURE.
Insecure of how tired I am after working a full day, taking care of kiddos, hubby, and the house, then top that off with a video or post of some sort, pshhh..ya right.

But it's important to push through the insecurities that you have. Especially as a business owner/entrepreneur. You are not by yourself anymore, you have a team that needs you to show up and be a mentor.

⏸️ Pause and ask yourself, do you need to solve this or can you let one of your employees? But each time you jump in and solve the problem you're teaching them not to think for themselves and be resourceful

Growth happens when you start trusting others.

Step back, relax. Your team will probably surprise you.

Leading a team takes practice and most people do not have the ability to lead just because they're good at their job.

Just because you rock at what you do in your business doesn't mean that you have what it takes to lead your team as an entrepreneur.

Leadership is a learned skill. You just need to LET GO of some things which is REALLY fu*kng hard to do as an entrepreneur.
