LUCKY US! What a phenomenal group of team coaches we are fortunate enough to call our own! The Harford Gymnastics team coaches are incredibly talented, dedicated, knowledgeable, and truly AMAZING. Their commitment to our athletes goes far beyond teaching skills—they inspire confidence, perseverance, and excellence.
We are so grateful to have them leading our athletes toward great accomplishments and helping them reach their fullest potential in and out of the gym. Their kindness, compassion, passion, and unwavering support make them a true gem to our program. AND they make it FUN!

We CRUSHED it! We have some Xcel REGIONAL CHAMPIONS!! 18 GOLD MEDALS!! Regionals is the championships that combine 7 states (MD, PA,VA, WVA, NJ, DEL, and VA) and our Ladies Rocked It! Congrats to all the competitors who qualified to compete (big accomplishment) along with all the coaches whose dedication shines! AND Special Shout Out to those at the top of the podium in the different age groups and different levels at Xcel Regionals!
