The medals were hung by the chimney with care, in hopes the the runners (and walkers) soon would be there! Medals to the first 100 finishers and mugs for the top 3 in age groups! Come join us in New Year’s Day, onsite registration is from 7-7:50 at Bedford’s Historic Downtown Depot!

Excited to announce we are again having the Christmas Eve Santa Hat Run. This year the proceeds will go to Ainsley’s Angles in hopes of funding another race wheelchair ($1000). In the past we have donated proceeds to Lawrence County Cancer Services. Do not fret. We have an donor that will match the first $500 raised that will go to LCCPS. So everyone wins!! Come join us at 8:00am at First Baptist Church for this fun, informal run on Christmas Eve. The distance is up to you, although the tradition is to run about 4.5 miles. The run is free, but for each $10 donation, your name will be entered into a drawing for some great door prizes! So let’s have fun, enjoy the season and get a new wheel chair for these deserving athletes and also raise even more money for Cancer Services. Oh, and by the way WEAR your Santa Hat!

PLEASE SHARE!! THIS EVENT IS TONIGHT!!

We will be partnering with Dr. Jim Sowders & Dr. Andrea Rope, and HHAFFA (Hoosier Hills Armed Forces Family Association) to put on a FREE pool party TONIGHT August 8th for active duty military, national guard reserves, veterans, city and county police, firefighters, EMS/EMT's and family. We want to honor and thank our military, police, firefighters, and their families for their service and sacrifice they do for us daily!

When: Thursday, August 8th
Time: 5:30-7:30pm
Where: John Lowery Municipal Pool

There will be fun and food!
This event is free!
