One year ago, I wasn’t sure if I’d ever step on the court again.

This past weekend, I laced them up for my Military Basketball Association debut—my first organized game since a potential career-ending injury last season in the ABA.

After surgery, months of not being able to walk, grinding through PT just to feel normal again, and battling atrophy, I questioned if I’d ever be the same.

But doubt doesn’t define you—discipline does.

Setbacks aren’t the end. They’re proving grounds.

Thankfully, the hours and days in the lab resulted in a full recovery—100% strength, 100% explosiveness.

I haven’t lost a step.

It’s not what happens to you—it’s how you respond. Put in the work, and nothing can hold you back.

Meet Joseph - a full-time utility lineman.

Jospeh already had experience with previous workout routines, specifically the “ultimate life transformation”. It actually worked for him, in fact he went from 220 lbs to 190 lbs in 90 days.

However, it wasn’t sustainable. Once completed, he went back to his old ways. At the beginning he was around 200/204 and wanted to get back down to 189.

He also felt that his drive was gone and testosterone was low.

His biggest challenge was not actually knowing how to eat properly, which was the main reason for falling off track.

The previous program held his hand too much which didn’t actually teach him anything causing him to think he only could eat chicken and rice which is bland and unsustainable.

Due to his very busy work schedule, the first thing we did was we got him on an extremely easy-to-follow nutrition routine which we made sure was perfectly tailored to fit his schedule.

We also designed his diet to be as hands off as possible, allowing him to only spend 1-2 hours a week on it whether it was cooking or eating out.

But most importantly, to make sure that he learned how to do it on his own and sustain it for the rest of his life.

We completely revamped his daily habits which actually gave him MORE energy and focus.

As a result, within just 4 months he was able to reach his goal of 190 lbs with a much leaner body composition like he was looking for.

Here’s what he had to say:

Meet Dave - a full-time Entrepreneur

When we met, he was already using a personal trainer 2x per week but slowly making progress. He felt like he needed to kick it up a notch to get to where he really wanted to be. It seemed as if he was spinning his wheels and wanted to see more progress.

His biggest challenge was dialing in the nutrition aspect of things along with integrating his workouts to achieve his goal which was muscular physique with a much lower body fat percentage.

Due to his multiple businesses and being a stay at home dad, the first thing we did was we got him on an extremely easy-to-follow nutrition routine which we made sure was perfectly tailored to fit his busy schedule.

We also designed his diet to be as hands off as possible, allowing him to only spend 1-2 hours a week on it whether it was cooking or eating out.

But most importantly, to make sure that he learned how to do it on his own and sustain it for the rest of his life.

We completely revamped his daily habits which actually gave him MORE energy and focus.

As a result, within just 4 months he was able to drop from 205 lbs to 183 lbs with a much leaner body composition like he was looking for.

David’s initial goal was to get to 185 but plans to aim for another 5-10 lbs due to how sustainable the program was for him.

Here’s what he had to say:

“I was surprised that this was the first “diet” that felt sustainable. But it’s sustainable because I don’t consider it a diet. I’ve adjusted my habits and frame of mind. Also, I didn’t go crazy cutting carbs down to an unsustainable level. I’m eating healthy carbs in moderate amounts. I also didn’t know anything about intermittent fasting, but it turns out to be a big part of why I feel good each day with higher energy levels.”

“Don’t try to figure everything out for yourself. You can go crazy trying to figure out your approach to getting in great shape. This is Kevin, a full time Private Jet Pilot.

When we first met, Kevin had a little bit of experience training in college as a swimmer but hasn’t been able to return to that state since.

Before we started working together, his energy levels were low, and just wanted to feel better.

He also had some other programs he was considering, but wasn’t sure about the sustainability aspect of them along with the very expensive price tag.

To start, we got him on an easy to follow program that was tailored and adaptive to his busy lifestyle traveling to different places all of the time.

We made several tweaks along the way to ensure it was working for him, especially considering his changing hours and somewhat sedentary occupation..
